positions; there are junior level positions available starting at $80K

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Credentials
- MS or better in relevant engineering discipline from a leading university (EE, Computer Science, Aero, etc.)
- Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, SPC applications especially useful.
- Strong knowledge of and experience (10+ years) in the commercial aircraft industry or defense sector, in particular with
respect to embedded systems development and deployment and/or model-based design for communications or electronic systems
- Familiarity and experience with the program structure of the aircraft and defense industries
- Experience supporting sales and engaging with customers
- The motivation to work in an outward-looking role are critical

Major Responsibilities
- Lead, from the Marketing perspective, the Aerospace and Defense industry business analysis and activities with Sales and
Engineering.
- Manage the messaging and content creation for the Aerospace and Defense Conference.
- Drive the worldwide Aerospace and Defense Advisory Board customer forum, working closely with Development.
- Provide direction and content for the company participation in Aerospace and Defense tradeshows, conferences, seminars and
other special events worldwide.
- Lead the internal strategic "board of advisors" for the industry. Identify and lead focused selling activities with
our sales community in the aerospace and defense markets (the AERODEF Focused Selling team and its sub-programs).
- Develop and maintain the content of the internal and external Aerospace and Defense industry web pages.

Desired Skills and Experience
- MBA
- Product marketing experience
- Technical training in electronics and communications
- Prior employment with a leading corporation or organization within the aerospace and defense supply chain
- Exposure to this industry and its supply chain outside of the US
