technology company in the area of Video Communications. Their disruptive technology applies standard-based scaleable video coding to real-time IP communications. This innovative approach
makes them the first company to offer technology that is capable of delivering superior HD quality video at unprecedented cost. How do they do it? The central component of legacy video
conferencing – the Multipoint Control Unit (MCU) – is eliminated and replaced with a distributed architecture using an application layer router. The company´s products and technology enable
the widespread use of HD video conferencing by everyone, whether from the office, home or while traveling.
The high quality manifests itself with high resolution and high frame rate
video with integrated high quality audio, full lip sync, low delay and very high resiliency to packet loss. They

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Credentials
- Managing product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Scoping and defining new products at high level.
- Specifying requirements for current and future products supported by on-going visits to customers, prospects and sales
representatives.
- Documenting and tracking features through requirement documentation and product roadmaps.
- Communicating plans and implementation details with the sales organization and evangelizing new products within the company.
- Working closely with R&D to communicate requirements, understand implications, revise development plans, monitor progress
and ensure on-time delivery.
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience
- CS/EE degree a strong plus
- Videoconferencing market experience a plus
- This position requires worldwide travel, up to 25% of the time.
